iPhone Xs, Xs Max & Xr Launch review

I am confused where to start, I am not even focusing on Apple Watch as the product is out of budget range and I’m not mostly into workouts or outdoor activities. So, coming to the iPhone launch, I was expecting something unique or at-least some new innovations which were not leaked in online, but to my surprise every announcement was predictable and analysts released all those even before the event. To be honest I felt really sleepy during the entire event and one moment they shook me up was the pricing of three iPhones, it was unbelievable. Coming to each product overview, first one was iPhone Xs 

• Most android users’ comment was that the phone was replica of last years' iPhone X and other than new color option nothing has changed 
• Devotees might raise question about A12 Bionic processor, for all those devotees making a note of it, the last year processor was already a beast 
• Dual sim support to Xs was actually stunning, as I was expecting the support would be available only to lower spec phone 
• Again, the iPhone X camera was already creating stunning images than competitors and hope it would be continued this year as well. Continue reading at “G R Team Sites”

12. Anxious days for my salary revision

After a year long’s hard work at my new company and ratings from my manager, I was anxiously waiting for my salary revision. During last year’s rating, I was awarded 3rd rating as I have joined this company very late and was not eligible for the salary hike. Even though I was not eligible for the previous years’ salary revisions, I got negligible few percentages hike and it didn’t impact much on my expectation. However, for this year’s salary revision process, I was awarded 1st rating and even hoped for a promotion. I knew back of my head that promotion was a long shot and it isn’t happening anytime soon. As expected promotion was not communicated, however the salary revision was delayed by a month and still there were no proper clarity on the expected hike percentage.
