My Suggestion about Bhagat

Moving further it's not a matter of inherent literary genius or a particular surrounding that breeds good authors and if that would have been the case we would have only had Walter Scott and Mathew Arnold as the literary geniuses belong to that elite class. So what I am trying to emphasize is that we should not compare Chetan Bhagat with any other author whose works are of a completely different genre and to say that if we are comparing a Bhagat with a Tagore or a Rushdie, it is like comparing a masala flick of bollywood with a soul stirring work of Spielberg and since their works are poles apart having completely different objectives and different admirers so we better stop this task of comparison and start respecting an artist with respect to his own specific world and better not drag him into another universe where he may appear completely as a stranger. To sum it up I will not say that the works of Bhagat are completely worthless and in a way they have been phenomenal in drawing the attention of those thousands of people who would never care to read a novel and that too in English and we know the reasons why(for not reading those books). So let’s admire his potential as an author who could make even a non-reader interested in reading his works and of course for the rest of us we do have our canonical literary texts to bang our heads with (just kidding). hence lets not argue about where Bhagat stands in this world of literature because he has his own stand and let him stay there with his millions of admirers and if someday I too feel like joining them I can also join them.

I Love Flowers

Flowers are so pretty, one should get introduced to them. A love for nature is what is being aimed at. Flowers are beautiful, colorful and sweet smelling. They are used in making perfumes, medicines, soaps, paints, salad oil and cooking oil. They are also used in bouquets, garlands and decorations. Try to name the flowers in your surroundings. Have you heard of the "Valley of Flowers"? It is in the hills of Uttranchal and the flowers there bloom only for a few weeks in the year.

Music Experience

Absolutely music has the prominent effects on mind as well as body. I have met a person, he is lecturer in my college who is dealing research paper on sound therapy. According to that the vibrations that the body receives has the capacity to repair the body to its gene level…and as well in Vedas it is stated that music holds major role on body and mind… the mantras and several sounds in Vedas has many grooves and elevations which effect the body and nurture to a great extent…hence knowing this, music has been given great importance in human life..

God and Me

At one point the angels led me to a Canadian man who was an alchemist and who, amongst other things, was actually turning mercury into gold (though it can also be done from lead, which is more difficult). I studied alchemy for two years with him and watched this process with my own eyes. He had a sphere of glass about 18" in diameter filled with a liquid, and little bubbles of mercury would rise into it. They would go through a series of fluorescent colors and changes, rise to the top, turn into little balls of solid gold, then sink down to the bottom. Then he would collect all these little balls of gold to use for his spiritual work. He owned an ordinary-looking little house in Burnaby, British Columbia, on an ordinarylooking street. If you drove down the street, his house would look like any of the others. But under his house was a hidden laboratory. He had taken the millions of dollars in gold and dug straight down, building a huge complex filled with everything from electron balances to you-name-it so that he could further his work. He didn’t care about money at all. And of course the purpose in alchemy is not to make gold or money, but to understand the process of how mercury or lead changes into gold.
